Emerald Investment Management and Emerald Real Estate Partners are active investors and managers of real estate and other alternative assets in the United States.  

In the last 4 years Emerald has been involved in sponsoring, co-sponsoring, investing in and/or managing over $680mm of commercial real estate projects and our principals have collectively in their careers have owned, managed, advised, and/or operated over $2.5 billion in real estate and related projects/properties across more than 191 individual assets.  

Emerald is a partner in InTrust Property Group and its principal Josh Martin is active in advising on the investments, growth and operations of the Company

Internship Program

Our Internship Program is designed to provide live and actual experience of the real estate investment management business.  Encapsulated in a real world deal pitch structure, Interns start top-down and perform market level analysis and selection. From there, they go bottom-up, implementing financial analysis and conducting due diligence on value add and distressed real estate opportunities.

After selecting a project, the interns must develop a plan and pitch the opportunity to senior management. Part of the pitch is an implementation plan to develop experience in operations and asset management. To support this, the team is involved in asset management calls, marketing reviews, expense management analysis, and other operational studies.
