Investment Structure: All cash to seller; Loan assumptions on a case-by-case basis
Investment Objectives:
To acquire “value add” multifamily opportunities in core “supply constrained” infill markets with recent institutional multifamily investment and development.
Focus on markets where InTrust has market knowledge and strategic relationships.
Target markets will be high barrier to entry markets with aging housing stock but strong market fundamentals with recent institutional investment.
Focus on markets with current structural inefficiencies, that are dominated by private, long-term ownership.
Preferred Markets: Phoenix, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Oklahoma City, Southern California
